History

History

The organization was founded in 1986 by Dr. Leopoldo Neira as ICC (Researchers of Consumer Behaviour). In July of 1990, Dr. Ernest Dichter, a member of the American Marketing Association of Hall of Fame , along with Dr. Leopoldo Neira, established Dichter & Neira with one purpose in mind: To create a market research agency in Latin America whose success would be founded on exceeding the expectations of its customers. A principle that still drives us today.

To maintain our privileged competitive position and reputation, the agency invests a significantly large portion of its budget to attract top professionals and to acquire of the latest technology to maintain the highest levels of excellence and the growing demands of our customers.
