General Manager of Dichter & Neira in Nicaragua, has over 10 years of experience in market research, segmentation and regional business intelligence in different industries such as telecommunications, banking, beverages and others.


During her professional career, has worked in the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative methodologies focused on strategic decision making for different brands in Central America. Silvia Arriaga holds a Social Communication bacherlor’s degree from Central American University (UCA).
