Pilar Hernández is responsible for leading Guatemala performance, working as General Manager for Dichter & Neira. With over 9 years of experience in market research, she has an extensive knowledge of Guatemalan and Central American market in categories such as consumer goods, technology, communication, trade, pharmaceuticals and specialized. Previously worked as Project Manager, providing methodological guidelines for both qualitative and quantitative researches, census and marketing audits. Active member of ESOMAR, European Society for Opinion and Market Research.
Pilar holds an MBA degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UWIC) in London, United Kingdom and has a Marketing bachelor’s degree from Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala. Over the last years, she has attended to several courses related to new research and business trends in USA, The Netherlands, Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala.
