Leo holds the position of Vice President of Market Research and Development at the regional level, linked primarily to customers in the telecommunications industry, banking and mass consumption goods. With over 15 years of experience in Market Research, he has developed his professional career mainly in Dichter & Neira. He has also worked on Technical Studies[LL1] at GfK Spain.
In Dichter & Neira, he has held various positions such as Fieldwork Manager, Project Manager, Country Manager, and Regional VP of Market Research for northern Central America.
He is a member of American Marketing Association (AMA) and of ESOMAR, the world association of market research professionals. He has a degree in Administrative Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua, Panamá, a Master’s Degree in Market Research and Information Systems from the ESIC Business and Marketing School, Spain and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization on Marketing from Southern Illinois University, USA. He also completed executive studies at Northwestern University, USA.
