In 1997 Dichter & Neira joins ESOMAR, the global association leader of Market Investigations and Public opinion; and in addition, it is recognized like the main industry defender. Founded in 1948 (as the European Association for the Opinion and Investigation of Markets), ESOMAR brings together 4000 members, clients and suppliers of investigation of markets, in more than 100 countries. The union to ESOMAR has allowed us the interchange of ideas and experiences with other colleagues and users of investigation, in order to optimize the integration of the results of the investigations to a process of decision making. ESOMAR also is pioneering in the policies of protection to the interviewed person. Its codes of conduct are constantly reviewed to assure the investigators fulfill the policies of conduct the interviewed person, independently of which techniques or technologies they are used to lead an investigation. Dichter & Neira are the second company in Latin America and the only one in Central America awarded with the world-wide prize John & Mary Goodyear Award obtained in 2004.

The American Marketing Association is the largest worldwide marketing professional association. The association counts with more than 38.000 members. More than six decades, AMA has been one of the sources of information leaders, knowledge transmission and marketing profession development of marketing profession. Dichter & Neira is a AMA member, what allows us like AMA to improve, to promote and to support the development of Marketing in our region.

In 2004, Dichter & Neira is affiliated with the global network of Harris Interactive; which is the world-wide company of Investigation of Markets that mixes strategic consulting and efficient methods of investigation, analysis and application. They are well known as The Harris Poll, and for being pioneers in the methods of investigation made on Internet.
